Separately agreed paid work

If a paid editorial project is agreed, its scope, price, schedule, cancellation window and deliverables are confirmed before work starts.

After work begins

Completed research, editing, reserved time and delivered material may remain chargeable. A change of schedule or scope may be considered where practical.

Refund review

Any eligible refund is assessed against the written project terms, work completed, costs committed and applicable law. Approved amounts are returned through an appropriate method.
